Justice in Aging (formerly the National Senior Citizens Law Center) is a non-profit organization whose principal mission is to protect the rights of low-income older adults.

In 2010, we took a leadership role on integration issues related to dual eligibles, producing issue briefs that pointed out areas where consumer protection is most needed as states seek to develop and replicate new models for integrating the delivery of Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

This website is designed to provide advocates background materials as well as specific examples of consumer protections to push for when working with their states to design and implement integration models.
